Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Due to the fact that each order custom made to your preference, please allow 10 business days for item completion and to be ready for shipment. Outlines are estimated to be emailed to you around 1 week. After you confirm your outline order will ship within 1 to 3 business days. If you need your order sooner we have the option Rush My Order Fee.
Rush My Order:
This fee is for us to push your order to the top of our order queue and complete it before the orders placed prior to your order. Your order will ship within 3 to 5 business days. This DOES NOT expedite the shipping time.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the package the customer's location.
International (outside of U.S.):
International shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do our best to make our international shipping rates as affordable and as low as possible.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING LONGER THAN NORMAL DELAYS IN SHIPPING AND TRACKING UPDATES.
Customs Fees:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Threaded Memories is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refund Policy:
As all of our items are personalized and made to order, we DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS after 24 hours from placing your order.
